Questions about your enrollment?

How long do I have to complete the University?

BU is not a time-constrained program. This University is virtual learning portal that is self-paced, but guided from A-Z by a curriculum inside of the portal. Your enrollment will continue to renew until you cancel.

How much time should I dedicate to this University?

I encourage student to dedicate a minimum of 2 hours practicing their makeup. All scheduled LIVE events/classes for the month are a minimum of 2 hours.

Are LIVE classes complimentary to BU Students?

3. Billing FAQs

Policies

Am I charged monthly? What is quarterly?

One quarter equals 3 months. You are charged every 3 months (quarter) from the date of your first payment. You can cancel at anytime. You are grandfathered in at the current rate unless you cancel.

What is the refund policy?

Before you enroll, you will be asked to agree to the Terms and Agreements that outlines that NO refunds will be returned. However, you are welcome to cancel at any time. You will have access to BU for the remainder of your advanced paid quarter.
